We want you to love your Backstreet Boys merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip provided by the portal.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
